“This is way too warm. Go and get me some ice.” Although these quotes sound shockingly similar to the dialogue of my recent relationships, they’re
pulled straight from the daily grind of a wine professional. The temperature at which wine is served in restaurants (and relationships) is the subject of frequent and rigorous debate. Personal preference is always the correct answer, but there are guidelines for optimum wine enjoyment.
